Shipping & Handling

SHIPPING

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post. All parcels are sent with tracking via Australia Post. We package our items securely to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition they leave our store. 

We Ship orders out on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays - we do not ship over the weekend as our local post office is closed.

Please allow a min of 2 business days (Mon - Fri)  for processing for ALL orders (incl Standard and Express)

Please note that not all stock is held at our main premises some is held at the market which is only accessible Wednesday mornings, Saturday Mornings & Sundays. Orders for items outside of these days may take extra days to ship.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Depending on you location within Australia, items can take between 2 days and in excess of  a week to arrive. If your item hasn't arrived after a week, please contact the store to check the package's status. 

PRE ORDERS & STANDING ORDERS

 Pre Orders & Standing orders that have requested shipping will be shipped out once all items have arrived, no split shipments will be made. Please note that our Diamond Delivery ( Marvel, Boom, Dynamite) arrives fortnightly so it could take up to 10 days for your order to be shipped if the item is yet to arrive. Please look at item information for release dates.
