Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Secret Headquarters so it’s really important to us that you get the right thing when you shop with us, and of course we don’t want to sell you anything defective.
However, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
It is the responsibility of the customer to read the full description of the items purchased and to ask any questions prior to completing checkout.
Should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged product upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a refund.
Secret Headquarters does not accept returns for items with minor imperfection such as small dents, creasing or shelf wear. Although great care is taken sending paper products through the post can sometimes result in minor wear to items.
 All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. If the goods are damaged when returned to Secret Headquarters, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.

*Your Order number if known 
*Your name and address
 If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
